Τhe Hellenic Land Registry in the Region of Attica and in the region of Thessaloniki adopts the electronic submission of deeds and applications already filled betwwen the Land Registry Offices and Branches.
Specifically, only digitally via ktimatologio.gov.gr and ktimatologio.gr will be submitted:
- Deeds drawn up by Notaries and submitted for registration by them and by natural and legal persons, excluding notarial deeds a) distribution, b) exchange, c) modifications of horizontal and vertical properties that contain more than one KAEK and d) establishment of roof ownership with sale.
- Deeds drawn up or negotiated by lawyers and related to a) elimination of collateral and b) registration of pre-notification.
- Requests for out-of-court corrections, such as requests for the correction of obvious errors and requests under article 6 par. 4 of Law 2664/1998, submitted by Lawyers, Notaries, Court Administrators, as well as by natural and legal persons.
In view of the imminent expiry of the deadline for correcting the initial entries on 30.11.2024, a large number of correction requests are expected to be submitted. In the context of better service to traders, from Monday September 30, 2024, uniform and extended hours will be established throughout the country, from 08:30 to 13:30, for on-site research of the books and records kept by the Land Registry Offices and Branches.
