EFKA's property is located in the Center of the Municipality of Athens, at the intersection of Sokratous 53 and Zenonos streets, next to the old offices of the newspaper "Kathimerini".
The seven-story building, with a total area of 6,878.37 sq.m. it has been classified as preserved, while with the Official Gazette of 2008 it was additionally classified as a monument in terms of its shell and its essential typological and architectural elements.
The building currently houses e-EFKA archives.
The lease term will be 35 years with the right to extend for another 10 years.
The renovation and upgrade works for the operation of the hotel with specifications of at least 4* in accordance with the current legislation, will be carried out by the Contractor at his own expense and will be of a minimum amount of €12,500.00 (before VAT), without this amount being offset in any way with the current rent.
