Dimand's Kifissias office complex acquired by Eurobank

The office complex is to be certified according to the international LEED (Gold) and WELL standards, as it will meet all sustainability requirements.

Dimand announced the completion of the sale to Eurobank of Severdor, owner of the plot of land at 65 Kifissias Avenue in Maroussi, on which a state-of-the-art office complex has been erected.

DIMAND S.A. informed investors in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 (article 3, par. 1 exhibit 16 (bb) and article 21), Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and the Council on market abuse, and the Athens Exchange Regulation, each as applicable, that, following the Company’s Announcement dated 02.03.2023, on 16.12.2024, Arcela Investments Limited, a subsidiary of the Company, concluded the sale of all the shares of its 100% Cypriot subsidiary Severdor Ltd. to Eurobank S.A.. 

Severdor Ltd. is the sole shareholder of the Greek company Insignio S.M.S.A., which is the owner of the plot located at 65 Kifissias Avenue in Maroussi, on which an emblematic, state of the art office complex, of a total area of 24,941 sq.m., has been developed in accordance with the principles of sustainability and bioclimatic design, with particular emphasis on a friendly, flexible and creative working environment. 

The office complex is to be certified according to the international LEED (Gold) and WELL standards, as it will meet all sustainability requirements. 

The consideration for the transfer of all the shares of Severdor Ltd. amounted to c. €34.0 million, which was determined using the net asset value method and with a property value of c. €74.4 million. The capital invested by Dimand group for this development amounted to c. €22.9 million
