Brookfield, through one of its private real estate investment funds, is acquiring the majority stake in Domes Zeen Chania, a Luxury Collection Resort in Crete. Through this partnership, Brookfield and Domes will expand the resort with an investment exceeding 40 million euros.

Domes Zeen Chania, a Luxury Collection Resort, is a seaside property featuring 105 keys (rooms/suites) in the region of Chania, one of the most popular destinations on the island of Crete. The resort is part of Marriott’s Luxury Collection and has received numerous distinctions, including the title of World’s Leading Leisure Resort 2025 at the World Travel Awards.

As stated by Dr. George P. Spanos, CEO of Domes Resorts, through its joint venture with one of the world’s leading real estate investors, Domes will now have a stabilised platform with a strong brand, which will support its future plans.
