Specifically, the listed company undertook works related to the preparation of an 8-meter-wide planting zone for the installation of eighty-three tall trees along the boundary with the Riviera Tower. The scope also includes excavation works, concrete pouring, and integration of electromechanical (E/M) systems into the swimming pools of the landscaped area, as well as the construction of a substation for the Hellenic Electricity Distribution Network Operator (HEDNO/DEDDIE).
The contractual fee was set at a lump sum of €645,428.44 (plus 24% VAT), and the completion deadline for the scope of the contract is December 12, 2025.
