The complex, one of the most modern care infrastructures for persons with disabilities in the country, with a total area of 11,500 sq.m., was constructed by Lamda Development and delivered to the Municipality of Elliniko–Argyroupoli in September 2023.
Through EKTER’s donation, the maintenance costs for the next twelve months are fully covered, enabling the associations and the Municipality to focus on their core caregiving mission.
The company will undertake all preventive and corrective maintenance works—from monitoring and adjusting electromechanical systems to performing hydraulic interventions, minor repairs, and the upkeep of outdoor areas. In this way, the uninterrupted and safe operation of the complex is ensured.
