The Hellenic Public Properties Company (ETAD) is entering a new phase of organizational transformation, aimed at creating a more efficient and high-performing corporate structure. This strategic shift focuses on reinforcing transparency, corporate governance, and operational excellence, while empowering its executive team to better serve the company’s mission.
As part of this transformation, Ms. Anastasia Karlotta Soulioti has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of ETAD.
Ms. Soulioti brings over 20 years of experience in the financial services sector. She was a founding member of Veraltis Asset Management, where she later served as Chief Executive Officer. During her tenure, she successfully led the company’s strategic and operational transformation, completed its re-licensing by the Bank of Greece, and significantly strengthened its corporate governance framework and institutional investor engagement.
Her professional background includes senior executive roles at B2Kapital, PQH Single Special Liquidator, the Agricultural Bank of Greece (under special liquidation), and Alpha Bank (formerly Emporiki Bank – Crédit Agricole Group). She has also served as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors at Veraltis and as a Board Member of the Hellenic Loan Servicers Association.
Ms. Soulioti has strong expertise in data governance and ethical AI integration and holds internationally recognized certifications in AI Ethics. She has a proven track record in designing and implementing governance structures and operational models that enhance transparency, strategic alignment, and organizational performance.
She holds an MSc in Banking and Finance and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the University of Athens. She is fluent in Greek, English, and French.
