"Europi Holdings" sold three properties in Athens to the newly established companies "ABINVEST II" and "ABINVEST I," both 100% subsidiaries of Alpha Bank.

Specifically, the company sold to the company "ABINVEST II MONOPROSOPI S.A." the store (with the plot of land) covering an area of 1,474.11 sqm, located at 47 Ermou Street, and the store (horizontal property) totaling 827.36 sqm, located at 44 Ermou Street in the center of Athens. These properties were part of the portfolio of KLOUKINAS - I. LAPPAS, from which, through the merger with INTRACOM PROPERTIES, Europe Holdings was formed.

Additionally, a binding pre-agreement was made with "ABINVEST I MONOPROSOPI S.A.", according to which the latter will purchase from the company 18 horizontal properties/office spaces, which together form an office building with a total area of 8,281.24 sqm, also located in Athens at 2 Adrianou Street and Papada. The binding agreement also outlines the process for executing the transaction, which is expected to be completed, subject to the fulfillment of the contractual conditions and the obtaining of the necessary approvals, with the signing of the final transfer deeds by October 31, 2025.

The total consideration for the transaction and sales amounts to €54 million.

According to the company, both the transaction and the sales are fully aligned with the company's current strategy, which aims at the profitable management of its real estate portfolio, optimizing its composition, securing capital gains for its shareholders, reducing debt and related obligations, and developing new business activities with a focus on the insurance sector.
