According to the company, Foot Locker expanded to Crete last month with the opening of a new store in Heraklion. The store brings the sneaker culture experience closer to local consumers, offering a modern retail environment with a strong emphasis on innovation and product variety.
Earlier, in August, a new Foot Locker store opened in Larissa, located on Panagouli Street. Spanning two levels, the store features curated collections from leading brands such as Nike, Jordan, Adidas, Puma, and New Balance.
In addition, in June, a new store was inaugurated in Iași, Romania—a city of significant commercial interest. Foot Locker also strengthened its presence in the Romanian market by launching a dedicated e-commerce platform for local consumers.
The company's strategic expansion continues, with another store set to open by the end of the year in Athens, in the district of Chalandri. This new location will be one of the first in the region to feature the Reimagined Evolution concept. This “store of the future” highlights bold architectural design, a distinctive interior layout, expanded footwear and accessories collections, sustainable practices, and dynamic digital elements. At the same time, it equips Foot Locker’s sneaker ambassadors, the Stripers, with advanced tools to deliver a premium customer experience.
