His distinguished career includes executive roles at renowned establishments such as the Prince de Galles in Paris, Hotel Bristol in Vienna, and Hotel Goldener Hirsch in Salzburg, where he achieved exceptional success in strategic repositioning, guest satisfaction, and the delivery of outstanding financial results.

Furthermore, Mr. Krischek holds an Executive MBA in Luxury Management and has extensive experience in general management, luxury branding, talent development, and the optimization of financial performance. His comprehensive knowledge of the region, having previously served as Area Director of Sales & Marketing for Greece, Cyprus, and Turkey, provides him with invaluable insight into the local market. He now returns to lead One&Only Aesthesis.
