Giorgos Konstantinidis has resigned as CEO of REDS

He had been put in place in March 2021 as part of the management changes made to the subsidiaries when Reggeborgh took control of the group.

His term had been renewed at last November's extraordinary general meeting until 2026, following the public proposal submitted by Reggeborgh that raised the percentage of the Dutch in the listed company to 93.42%

It was preceded by the resignation of Christos Panagiotopoulos from the position of chairman of the board of directors, who was no longer a shareholder in REDS.

George Konstantinidis is the founder and president of Swot Hospitality, a Hotel Management & Development company, which has 30 hotels under its management, including major international brands.

The resignation of Mr. Konstantinidis comes in a period during which important projects are under development for REDS.

Such as the development in the area of the former American base in Gournes of Heraklion, which has also been characterized as a small Hellenic one, the redevelopment of the Alimos marina and the projects in the former " Kampa Estate" in Kantza Attica on a plot of 315 acres, where the development of office spaces combined with hospitality and entertainment, to which residential spaces have recently been added, is underway.

Reds has announced an annual general meeting for July 7.
