In 2024, Goldair made a strategic and impactful entry into the hospitality sector with the acquisition of the esteemed Mykonos Flow hotel, situated on the renowned island of Mykonos.

According to the company's report, Mykonos Flow has been acquired by the group's subsidiary, Sunrise Properties, which was specifically established for this purpose. This modern, five-star boutique hotel is located on the renowned Super Paradise beach.

Commencing operations in the summer of 2024, the hotel comprises 21 suites, each featuring a private pool. The total area of the facility spans 2,200 square meters, with potential for further expansion. The total investment in the project amounted to €12 million.

Goldair's strategic objective is to expand into prominent tourist destinations across Greece, focusing on regions characterized by high demand and strong growth potential. The company's upcoming initiatives will prioritize the development of luxury accommodations designed to meet the sophisticated demands of the market.

The decision to enter the hospitality industry reflects a strategic vision set forth by Regina Golemi, President of the Goldair Group. The investment in Mykonos represents a significant milestone for the company, reinforcing its growth trajectory in both the real estate and hospitality sectors. The Group is also active in the tourism industry through Travellair, a premium travel agency specializing in the needs of VIP and corporate clients, while providing exclusive services at airports. In 2025, the company aims to further solidify its presence through new strategic partnerships and expansion into innovative tourism ventures.
