Concerning the enterprises and the activities of the economy as a whole, the turnover in the first quarter 2022 amounted to 91,496,8941 thousand euro, recording an increase of 38.4% in comparison with the first quarter 2021, when the respective turnover was 66,112,030 thousand euro.
The biggest increase in turnover in the first quarter 2022 compared with the first quarter 2021 was recorded from the enterprises of the section Arts, Entertainment and Recreation, per 315.1%, while the smallest increase in turnover per 5.3% was recorded from the enterprises of the section Information and Communication.
For the enterprises of the economy as a whole, obliged to double-entry accounting bookkeeping, for which data are available on a monthly basis, the turnover in May 2022 amounted to 30,559,498 thousand euro, recording an increase of 51.8% in comparison with May 2021, when the respective turnover was 20,127,791 thousand euro.

Activities per 242.0%, while the smallest increase in turnover in May 2022 compared with May 2021 was recorded from the
enterprises of the section Human Health and Social Work Activities per 5.3%.
