London-based private equity firm Zetland Capital Partners LLP announced that the funds under its management will sell their full stake in Lindian Village International Village S.A., owner and operator of “Lindian Village, Curio Collection by Hilton,” to Domes.

The five-star Lindian Village Hotel in Rhodes was acquired by the fund from the Svyriadis family in early 2022 for a price of approximately €27 million.

Completed in 2004, the Lindian Village resort is designed to resemble a traditional Greek island village. Located in Lardos, Rhodes, the property comprises 25 buildings of two and three floors, with a total area of 7,500 m².

The resort features 44 suites, 16 junior suites, 105 rooms, 4 bars, 5 gourmet restaurants, and 5 conference rooms with a combined capacity of 500 seats.

Additionally, it offers a fully equipped spa with indoor pool and gym, a private beach, tennis courts, and an outdoor pool with bar.

Zetland Capital, founded in 2016, is a London-based private equity firm investing in commercial real estate, retail, and manufacturing sectors.

According to Dr. George Spanos, CEO of Domes, regarding the acquisition:

"With this purchase, Domes enters the recognized hospitality market of Rhodes—one of Greece’s most iconic and internationally renowned destinations—and establishes a presence on another key Mediterranean island."
