According to date shared by ELSTAT, the total value of imports-arrivals, in September 2022 amounted to 8,332.7 million euros (8,228.2 million dollars) in comparison with 5,859.1 million euros (6,876.0 million dollars) in September 2021, recording an increase, in euros, of 42.2%. The corresponding value excluding oil products in September 2022 recorded an increase of 999.7 million euros or 22.9% and the corresponding value excluding oil products and ships in September 2022 recorded an increase of 1003.4 million euros or 23.0%, in comparison with September 2021.
The total value of exports-dispatches, in September 2022 amounted to 4,726.2 million euros (4,694.8 million dollars) in comparison with 3,742.8 million euros (4,418.9 million dollars) in September 2021, recording an increase, in euros, of 26.3%. The corresponding value excluding oil products recorded in September 2022 an increase of 456.1 million euros or 17.7% and the corresponding value excluding oil products and ships in September 2022 recorded an increase of 461.2 million euros or 17.9%, in comparison with September 2021.
The total value of imports-arrivals, for the 9-month period from January to September 2022 amounted to 67,854.5 million euros (71,809.6 million dollars) in comparison with 45,567.0 million euros (54,294.0 million dollars) for the corresponding period of the year 2021, recording an increase, in euros, of 48.9%.The corresponding value excluding oil products recorded an increase of 10,642.1 million euros or 30.7% and the corresponding value excluding oil products and ships recorded an increase of 10,559.3 million euros or 30.5%, in comparison with the period from January to September 2021.
