The new addition strategically complements the existing hotel complex, strengthening the company’s presence in the ultra-luxury hospitality sector and adding another high-quality accommodation destination on the island.
Infinity Suites are housed in the historic building of the former XENIA Naoussa, which remained unused for decades. The name "Infinity" reflects their location—offering unobstructed, panoramic views of the Aegean Sea. The renovation and transformation of the property were carried out by WATT in collaboration with Grivalia Hospitality and the Avant Mar hotel, which has subleased the space.
Dating back to the 1960s, the building was completely redesigned with respect for its architectural identity, utilizing materials such as local stone, concrete, and wood, aiming for a harmonious integration into the natural and residential landscape of Naoussa. The five suites range from 80 to 90 square meters, featuring private courtyards or terraces, spacious interiors, kitchenettes, private bathrooms, and full accessibility for persons with disabilities (4 out of 5 suites). They are located just 150 meters from the hotel and share the same beach. The architectural design preserves the original courtyard and avoids adding balconies, maintaining the clean facades of this listed building.

Avant Mar Infinity Suites will be available for rental by mid-August 2025, further strengthening Grivalia Hospitality’s tourism footprint in the Cyclades and offering a new, discreetly luxurious accommodation experience within the Cycladic landscape.
