Grivalia Hospitality has formed a portfolio in Greece with six luxury hotel projects in operation, with a total capacity of approximately 500 keys in Athens, Porto Heli, Paros, Thessaloniki and Crete, with a value exceeding 1 billion Euros in its five years of operation.

Two of them were inaugurated in 2023, - in July 2023 the Avant Mar hotel in Paros, a member of the Luxury Hotels of the World, and in November 2023 the ultra-luxury hotel O&O Aesthesis in Glyfada (formerly Asteria Glyfada).

In June 2024, 91 Athens Riviera started its operation, which introduces a new concept to the Athenian Riviera by combining a Private Members Club with the experience of a "Luxury Glamping",

The On Residence hotel, a member of the Small Luxury Hotels of the World, the Meli Palace in Crete and the Amanzoe luxury resort in Porto Heli are already operating in Thessaloniki, with the two hotels being the flagships of the Group.

Furthermore, the company has launched two ambitious projects, which are in the study and licensing phase. One concerns the construction of an ultra-luxury hotel complex and tourist accommodation in collaboration with 6 Senses in Megalonisos Petalion, and the second the "Blue" project in Kalo Livadi. Mykonos where an ultra-luxurious, low-density, tourist resort will be built.

Taking into account an expansion to the Amanzoe hotel complex, which will include the construction and sale of an additional 10 to 15 Aman branded residences, Grivalia Hospitality's overall development plan for the next five years approaches €450 million.

Grivalia Sea Services

Following the international trends according to which ultra-luxury tourism is based both on the provision of high-level services and on the provision of personalized and authentic experiences, in 2022 Grivalia Hospitality founded the company Grivalia Sea Services, to complement the services it will offer hotels of the Group.

Grivalia Sea Services owns a small fleet of five modern pleasure boats available through the hotels for day trips, and also has a caique, which has undergone interventions and is now being restored to regain its traditional character and provide customers an experiential experience.
