The two companies cooperate with Greece Sotheby's International Realty in order to list for sale the units of the construction scheme, taking advantage of Sotheby's International Realty's position in the luxury real estate market worldwide.
The investment consortium had bought the Koniari Estates plot of land four years ago - in August 2020 - from the Benaki Museum for €50 million, but the project was kept "on hold" for some time after a dispute with the local municipality.
In the context of this claim and after relevant negotiations, the Municipality succeeded in drawing up a contract for the concession of a total of 11.5 acres in the "Countryside Area" where 6 acres will be green areas without construction and the remaining 5.5 acres open sports facilities with the aim of environmental, aesthetic and functional upgrading of the area.
From the perspective of investors, the construction of approximately 63 acres is planned, in three phases and will include a total of 250-350 apartments and houses, as well as playgrounds, security and underground parking spaces. The residences to be built are aimed at domestic and foreign buyers, since the location of the plot is considered one of the most attractive areas of Attica, thanks to its proximity to the city (just 16 kilometers south of the center of Athens) and to the sea.
The complex has an outdoor pool, and an indoor pool, aimed at all ages, as well as spa and gym facilities. In addition, residents will have an exclusive beach club membership for the coasts of Athens.
Prices start for apartments from €1,250,000 for detached houses from €1,950,000 for penthouses from €2,550,000 and for villas from €2,800,000.
