The former 2-star hotel, set to undergo a complete renovation and rebranding as ÉRA Hotel Heraklion, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, is located in the heart of the city—just steps from the Venetian Harbor and the Central Market, in one of Heraklion’s most historic and iconic neighborhoods. This will be Hilton’s second property in Crete, following the Chania Flair Boutique Hotel in Chania.
The new hotel will feature 56 rooms and suites, a rooftop garden restaurant with pool offering panoramic city views, a spa, gym, café, and a library.
Scheduled to open in early 2026, the hotel will operate year-round, catering to both leisure travelers and professionals seeking a distinctive stay in Crete’s capital.
