More specifically, the tender refers the lease of three properties located in the "Megalo Kavouri" area of Vouliagmeni, Attica, on Apollonos street no. 28.

a) Property with a surface area of 11,836 sq.m. with KAEK 050341506011/0/0, where the main premises of the Orphanage are housed, in which the Orphanage has the right of full ownership at a rate of 100%, which is free from encumbrances, leases and claims,
b) property with a surface area of 1,627 sq.m. with KAEK 050341506040/0/0, where the building of the leased restaurant "ITHAKI" is also located, in which the Orphanage has the right of full ownership at a rate of 100%, which is free from encumbrances and claims and
c) property with a surface area of 3,885 sq.m. with KAEK 050341506032/0/0, where four residences have been erected which are rented out to private individuals, in which the Orphanage has full 100% ownership rights, which is free from encumbrances and claims.
