Alpha Real Estate Services, acting as the exclusive asset management advisor on behalf of the Monastery, has announced a competitive bidding process for the sale of three prime commercial properties with a total starting value of €14.5 million.
Property 1 – Marousi
The first asset is located in Marousi and comprises the third floor of an office building situated at the intersection of Kifisias Avenue and Sina Street. The floor spans 1,125.40 sq.m. and is currently leased. The sale also includes 44 underground parking spaces. The starting price is set at €4,250,000.
Property 2 – Ampelokipoi (Thon Estate)
The second property is the fifth floor of the office building at the historic “Thon Estate,” located at the junction of Kifisias Avenue and Alexandras Avenue in Ampelokipoi. It has a surface area of 905.12 sq.m. and is being sold together with 19 underground parking spaces and one storage unit. The starting price is set at €3,500,000.
Property 3 – Mavili Square
The third property, with a net area of 2,068.16 sq.m., is located at 7 Tsocha Street, near Vasilissis Sofias Avenue and Mavili Square. It currently houses the headquarters of the Greek National Tourism Organization (GNTO). The starting price is €6,750,000.
Bidding Process
Each bid must be submitted for a specific property and accompanied by a bank guarantee or a deposit certificate in favor of the seller, amounting to 10% of the respective starting price. The sale and purchase agreement must be signed within 30 days of the conclusion of the bidding process. The auction will take place on Friday, July 11, 2025, from 10:00 to 13:00, at the offices of Alpha Real Estate Services, 24 Stadiou Street, 5th floor, Athens.
