HPPC announced the completion of the tender for the sale of a property in Agios Nikolaos, Lasithi.

The process, conducted through an open e-Auction with the right to submit counteroffers on the company’s electronic platform, resulted in the designation of “ΞΕΝΟΔΟΧΕΙΑΚΑΙ ΤΟΥΡΙΣΤΙΚΑΙ ΕΠΙΧΕΙΡΗΣΕΙΣ Η ΑΡΙΑΔΝΗ A.E.” as the winning bidder, which submitted the highest offer of €1,309,726.84 in an online auction that attracted significant interest.

The property consists of a 287.68 sq.m. plot with a four-storey building totaling 931.76 sq.m. The building previously operated as a third-class hotel and later hosted the Lasithi Handicraft Center. It is located in a central area of Agios Nikolaos, close to the beach, offering substantial prospects for tourism-related use.

This property is part of the portfolio of inactive assets held by HPPC across the country, which require immediate interventions. The company is implementing a comprehensive utilization plan aimed at the sale, lease, or concession of these assets.

According to HPPC, the utilization of inactive properties promotes local development, stimulates investments, and contributes to the revitalization of areas for the benefit of citizens and society.
