HRADF initiates utilization of 42 properties through electronic auction

HRADF announced the the start of electronic auctions, with ETAD as consultant, for the following forty-two (42) properties.

More specifically, according to a relevant announcement, the electronic auctions concern the properties:

Three (3) seaside parcels of land in "Louridi Lake", Koutsounari area, of the Municipality of Ierapetra in Crete.
Ten (10) plots of land in the New Passengers of the Municipality of Thermaikos of the Regional Unit of Thessaloniki.
Seven (7) plots of land in Ano Scholari of the Municipality of Thermi of the Regional Unit of Thessaloniki.
Four (4) plots of land in Trilofos of the Municipality of Thermi of the Regional Unit of Thessaloniki.
Eight (8) plots of land in the Heart of the Municipality of Thermi of the Regional Unit of Thessaloniki.
Ten (10) plots of land in Nea Aghialo of the Municipality of Chalkidona of the Regional Unit of Thessaloniki.

The deadline for submitting the required supporting documents and documents of Phase 1 of the Competition is set for September 26, 2023.
