The new company, operating under the name IC Ictas Europe and led by Mehmet Şimşek, will serve as the core of the group's activities in the European market.
Its operations include, among others, the construction of non-residential buildings, bridges, tunnels, road and hydraulic works, as well as port infrastructure. In addition, it provides engineering, project management, and architectural design services.
IC Holding was established in 1969 and currently operates across a broad range of sectors, including Construction, Energy Production and Distribution, Tourism, Industry, and Infrastructure.
Ictas Insaat, the group's construction company, possesses extensive experience in large-scale projects both in Turkey and abroad.
