The property will be integrated into the Vignette Collection, marking the second collaboration between IHG and the Pacini Group. The rebranding process is expected to be completed by the end of 2025.

The hotel is also within walking distance of the La Fenice Theatre and the Rialto Bridge, with convenient access to the Vaporetto waterbus service.
This development is part of IHG’s ongoing strategy to expand its portfolio of luxury and lifestyle hotels in Italy. The Venice Times will be the third property to join the Vignette Collection in Italy in just two years, following Hotel Alexandra and Costa Irminia Retreat & Spa.
The Venice Times will feature 30 rooms, each designed to reflect the rich Venetian heritage, maintaining a distinctive identity. The hotel will serve both domestic and international guests, offering amenities such as a cocktail bar, an outdoor terrace, and a restaurant serving authentic local cuisine.
This agreement strengthens the partnership between IHG and the Pacini Group, following their previous collaboration at the Garner Hotel Rome Aurelia.
Currently, IHG operates 30 hotels across seven brands in Italy, with an additional 15 properties under development.
