Intracom group acknowledges important investment potential in Greek real estate

The agreement with I. Kloukinas - I. Lappas will be completed in the first quarter of 2024.

"Huge investment potential in the real estate sector in Greece" according to the President and CEO of the Intracom Holdings group Sokratis Kokkalis.

As he said during the General Assembly of shareholders, "various markets are being considered for investments such as Latin America".

Intracom Properties, which has real estate worth €63 million, will merge based on a plan with Kloukinas – I. Lappas, which has real estate worth €113 million. The deal is expected to be completed in the first quarter of next year.

The portfolio of Intracom Properties includes, among others, the complex of 7 buildings in Paiana, which is also the headquarters of the group, office buildings in Hellenorossios and in Maroussi, and an industrial property in Xanthi. The real estate portfolio of Klukinas - I. Lappa includes plots of land in Chalandri and Spata, two shops on Ermou Street, a 3-storey office building in Pasteur, and warehouses in Tavros and Oinofyta.

According to the group's management, the goal is to create a portfolio of €200 million within the next three years, which will generate revenues of approximately €8 million per year.
