Specifically, the position of President of the Special Purpose Company is assumed by Mr. Filippos Kontaxis with a long career in the field of real estate development. He started in the Navy, then moved into the real estate industry, first with a family business and then as General Manager of ETVA VIPE for a decade. More recently, he has been a management consultant at ROLCO BIANIL and managing director at AFOI KONTAXI SA (production and trading of electricity from renewable sources).
Ms. Katerina Tzoannou, civil engineer, with post-graduate studies in Service Management, is placed in the position of Managing Director. Since 2013, he has been a senior executive in real estate management and development. Until today he was Project Manager for real estate matters at TEMES SA. (Costa Navarino).
Previously she coordinated the purchase of lands and overcoming related problems in the TAP (Trans Adriatic Pipeline). He has also worked, among others, as an executive of MOD and as a consultant to DEPA for the development of natural gas pipelines.
