Cushman & Wakefield announced that it has secured an agreement with Starbucks for its new store at Náměstí Republiky 7, representing the property owner, CRESTYL.
Starbucks will occupy the recently renovated NR7 Palace, a mixed-use development nearing completion. The building is centrally located, directly opposite the Palladium shopping center, adjacent to the transformed Kotva department store, and within close proximity to landmarks such as Masaryčka, Hybernia Palace, and Trinity Palác.
NR7 combines prime retail on the ground floor with modern office spaces on the upper levels. The Scott.Weber Workspace will operate within the building, introducing a contemporary, flexible work model to the city center. The investment integrates retail, office, and service offerings in one of Prague’s busiest pedestrian areas.
With several major projects underway, the Náměstí Republiky area is emerging as a natural extension of the Na Příkopě commercial artery, evolving into a comprehensive hub for retail, offices, entertainment, and transportation.
Starbucks’ selection of this location underscores the enduring dynamism and strategic significance of the site, serving as a “bridge” between Prague’s historic core and the city’s emerging commercial districts.
