Lamda announced deals exceeding 20% of Riviera Galleria's GLA

With great success and with more than 150 entrepreneurs who are already cooperating or are in negotiations for the commercial destinations of Elliniko, an event of Lamda Development was held a few days ago for the emblematic project of Elliniko.

A few days after the highly successful event for the buyers of Riviera Tower apartments and Elliniko villas, Lamda Development organized a second event-tour, where entrepreneurs from the retail and catering industry as well as high-ranking executives of international and domestic brand companies were invited .

The event was attended by representatives from the most important companies such as: ATTICA, CALIN (Intimissimi, Calzedonia), CALLISTA, DIXONS/KOTSOVOLOS, FOURLIS GROUP (IKEA, Intersport, Leroy Merlin, Holland & Barett, Dpam), H&M group, HOLMES PLACE, INDITEX ( ZARA, OYSHO, MASSIMO DUTTI Ms), IMANOGLOU, KESSARIS, LALAOUNIS, MARINOPOULOS (GAP, Starbucks), MINAS DESIGNS, NIKOS KOULIS, PUBLIC, PAGONI (Eponymo), PAPAIOANNOU (Lapin), SEPHORA, TSAVDAROGLOU (MAX MARA, MARELLA) VENETIA VILDIRIDIS, VILLAGE CINEMAS (ANT1 GROUP), ZEUS & DIONE.

The guests of Lamda Development were given a tour of the construction site and were impressed by the extremely fast pace of work on the large Hellinikon development. At the end of the tour, the CEO of Lamda Development Odysseas Athanasiou and the Chief Development and Investment Assets Officer, Melina Paizi, welcomed the guests and presented in detail the development schedule of the two large commercial and entertainment developments being created in Elliniko, the Vouliagmenis Mall and the Riviera Galleria.

These are the commercial destinations of the future that will enhance the shopping, innovation and entertainment experience:

- Vouliagmenis Mall designed by the leading architectural firm AEDAS, is the Mall of the future, the largest in southern Europe, 1.5 times larger than The Mall Athens, with 280 stores. It is estimated that it will welcome 17 million visitors a year. The main construction works will start in the first half of 2024. It is noteworthy that 52% of the leasable area has already been agreed, while by the end of the year it is expected to have exceeded 70%.

- The Riviera Galleria, the jewel of the Athenian Riviera by the award-winning Japanese architect Kengo Kuma, has a leasable area of 19,000 sq.m and 100 stores. In this destination too commercial progress is notable with deals exceeding 20% of the leasable area, a figure estimated to exceed 50% by the end of the year.
