“Lamda Smart Living” will provide services to developers, property owners, tenants, and users of residential, commercial, and professional real estate, as well as to consumers, with a focus on daily living support, lifestyle management, and smart city solutions.
The new company will offer services in the management and administration of residential properties, housing complexes, and organized communities; facility management for the development, operation, and commercial use of sports facilities, installations, and related infrastructure; lifestyle services, convenience, and daily support for residents, tenants, and consumers; operational and financial management of leased properties; development and provision of digital services and smart city solutions; and management of parking spaces.
The company has a share capital of €24 million and will be led by Dimitris Karastogiannis, the current Chief Business Development Officer of Lamda Development.
