The firm has proceeded to set up a new Sole Proprietorship Private Capital Company , one hundred percent (100%) of its subsidiary, under the name "ELATOS APTYSIAKI MONOPROSOPI I.K.E.", that, under the status of the lessee, signed on 01.12.2022 the Private Lease Agreement of the Hotel Complex "Elatos Resort & Health Club" with the owner company under the name "ELATOS INVESTMENT SINGLE INDIVIDUAL LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY", which recently came under the full control of its main shareholder Company, Mr. Athanasiou Laskaridis.
The Lease Agreement will have a duration of 30 years with the right of extension, while it also contains an express provision for the possibility of early termination (termination) under the same conditions for both parties.
The rent is divided on the one hand into a one-off amount amounting to the amount of €500,000 euros which will be paid within December 2022 and on the other hand into an annual amount which, for security reasons, will only be determined after the preparation of the upgrade studies of the "Elatos Resort" Hotel Complex & Health Club" and development of the relevant business plan based on a personal assessment of the equity by an independent appraiser. The Company will come back with a new announcement to the investing public regarding the determination of the annual rent, once the above has been completed.
According to the company, the Lease Agreement was drawn up under normal commercial terms.
