The company, a subsidiary of the Italian Mapei Group, currently produces a wide range of products in Greece, a portfolio that is expected to expand further. It also maintains an export presence across three continents and seven countries in the Eastern Mediterranean and North Africa, including Cyprus, Israel, Lebanon, Malta, Albania, Libya, and Morocco.
New investments include the construction of a state-of-the-art production facility, along with a logistics center and office complex in Thessaloniki, with an estimated value of €20 million. An additional €10 million will be allocated for the expansion of the existing production unit in Ritsona.
The company, which operates a significant R&D facility, is developing a new range of products to meet the growing demands of green building. Among these is the Zero Line series, introduced during a recent event at the National Gallery of Greece.
According to the company, all of its products are EPD-certified (Environmental Product Declarations) and are formulated with a reduced carbon footprint, making them ideal for the construction of environmentally certified projects based on international standards such as LEED, BREEAM, and others.
