“MIG HOLDINGS S.A.” (“the Company”) announced the completion on 26 January, 2024 of the purchase of offices of total net leased area of 1,128 sq.m. in a commercial building at 10, Stadiou and Omirou str. in Athens.
The purchase price
amounted to €2.8 m. (plus taxes and expenses) and it was financed by the Company’s
own funds.
The offices have been leased under a long-term lease agreement.
