According to ELSTAT for archaeological sites, in March 2025 compared with the corresponding month of 2024, an increase of 3.3% was recorded in the number of visitors, of 1.3% in the number of free admission visitors and of 33.1% in the corresponding receipts.
During the three-month period from January to March 2025, compared to the corresponding period of 2024, an increase of 4.1% was recorded in the number of visitors of museums, of 12.9% in the number of free admission visitors and of 59.3% in the relevant receipts.
As regards archaeological sites, during the three-month period from January to March 2025, compared to the corresponding period of 2024, an increase of 3.4% was recorded in the number of visitors, while a decrease of 1.1% was observed in the number of free admission visitors and an increase of 23.1% in the relevant receipts.
