Ms. Natalia Strafti, who has served as Deputy Chief Executive Officer at Grivalia Hospitality since July 2021, overseeing investment, management, and project development activities, has now assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer. In this capacity, Ms. Strafti will play a central role in shaping the strategic direction of the organization, ensuring the effective implementation of these strategies, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company. Her primary focus will be on further enhancing and reinforcing Grivalia’s position in the luxury hospitality sector, guided by the principles of innovation and sustainability.
Ms. Strafti began her career in April 2000 at Eurobank Properties SA. In 2005, she was appointed Deputy Director of Advisory Services and Portfolio Management in Eurobank’s real estate sector. Between 2007 and 2014, she held the position of Head of Investment & Portfolio Management at Eurobank Properties REIC. From 2014 to 2019, she served as General Manager of Operations at Grivalia Properties REIC, and subsequently became a founding member and Managing Partner of Grivalia Management Company before joining Grivalia Hospitality in 2021.

Biography
Ms. Strafti boasts a distinguished career in the real estate and hospitality sectors, spanning over two decades. As Deputy Chief Executive Officer at Grivalia Hospitality, she was responsible for overseeing acquisitions, development, and asset management. Additionally, she is a founding partner and member of the board of Grivalia Management Company. Between 2014 and 2021, Ms. Strafti served as Chief Operating Officer of Grivalia Properties REIC, and prior to that, she led Investment and Asset Management from June 2008.
With more than €3 billion in assets under management, Grivalia has maintained its leadership in the real estate sector, with a particular emphasis on the Greek market. Ms. Strafti has played a crucial role in managing a diverse portfolio of assets, including over €1.5 billion in investments across various commercial real estate asset classes. Notable projects under her stewardship include the refurbishment of modern, green-certified office buildings and the development of high-end hotel properties.
Ms. Strafti has extensive experience in managing high-value real estate across Greece and Southeastern Europe, and in negotiating contracts with top-tier tenants, developers, financial professionals, and consultants. She was integral to Grivalia’s successful listing on the stock exchange and the subsequent capital increases. Furthermore, she contributed to the company’s Sustainability Committee and serves on the ULI GR Sustainability Council.
Ms. Strafti holds a degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
