On 31st December 2023, the fair value of Noval Property’s portfolio, comprising sixty-one (61) investment properties and participations, amounted to EUR 571 million, depicting an increase of EUR 55 million (11% increase) compared to the fair value of 30th June 2023 (EUR 516 million).
During 2023, Noval Property continued the active management of its income producing assets, as well the development of other assets of its portfolio, mainly in the office, logistics and residential sectors, driven by sustainable growth and aiming at LEED certifications, with the purpose of decreasing the company’s environmental footprint and increasing value in favour of all interested stakeholders.
By the end of 2023, the construction of the new logistics centre in Mandra was completed, while at the same time, there was significant progress in the construction of the new office building on Himarras Str. in Marousi, the reconstruction and retrofitting of an existing property into a mixed use residential and office building on Ardittou Str. in Mets, the restoration of an existing office building on Kifisias Ave in Marousi, as well as, in joint venture with Brook Lane Capital, the development of a new office campus on the former Kodak land plot in Marousi.
