With the aim of better and more efficient service to citizens, the central municipality proceeded to integrate a special application for finding and displaying the located permits - building approvals within its premises.
The new electronic service is available through the Cartographic Portal of the Municipality of Thessaloniki (maps.thessaloniki.gr) of the Department of Topography, Alienation and Geospatial Data.
In the available application all citizens, engineers or individuals can have direct access:
A. in all the building permits that have been issued during the period 1990 - 2018 (under constant updating) and are kept in the archive of the Directorate of Construction and Urban Planning Applications.
B. in all the building permits that have been issued through the e-adeies of the TEE, they concern the Construction Service of the Municipality of Thessaloniki and have been issued from 2018 to August 2024.
The user, by entering the address of the property he is interested in, will be able to locate all the permits issued for the specific property from 1990 onwards, receiving information about the number, the year of issue, the type of permit, the description etc.
The digitization of the executive and topographical building permits and the geocoding of the permits in the archive of the Directorate of Construction and Urban Planning Applications is a work carried out with own resources by the employees of the Department of Geospatial Information with the contribution of the Department of Issuing Permits of the Municipality of Thessaloniki.
The set of licenses is updated on a permanent basis with the introduction of licenses prior to 1990 and on a monthly basis with the licenses issued through e-adeies.
