Nvidia Greece, a subsidiary of the American technology giant, has been officially registered with the Greek General Commercial Registry (ΓΕΜΗ), with a share capital of €500,000.

The new company’s primary objective is Research and Development (R&D), including research and experimental development services in computer and information sciences, as well as in engineering and technology.

Additionally, the company offers marketing and sales support services, such as consultancy services in marketing, services for organizing product distribution circuits, and network management.

It also provides support services for operations and/or infrastructure as a service (Infrastructure-as-a-Service - IaaS), along with related services, including data processing services, provision of data processing equipment or network services, IT application services, sales promotion consultancy, and other business consultancy services.

Furthermore, the company engages in the import, export, intra-community acquisitions, and delivery of goods, including wholesale trade of computer parts and components, as well as wholesale trade of memory units.
