The company announced that it proceeded on 11/01/2024 with the sale of Horizontal Property (office space 87.15 sq.m.) on 42 Tsimiski Street in Thessaloniki, for a total of €190,000.
The disinvestment decision was based on financial criteria, as the Estimated Value of the Horizontal Property was €160,000 in the Financial Statements of 06/30/2023, while with a critical date of 12/31/2023 it amounted to €175,000.
The move concerns an asset of disproportionately small size and value for the company's size and data and, therefore, outside the narrow core of the Company's activities.
