The company’s portfolio comprises 14+1 properties valued at €181.33 million, including one owner-occupied asset and an 80% stake in "LIMAR Real Estate Company of Macedonia S.A." (with the remaining 20% held by Lamda Development), the owner of land plots located in the municipality of Thermi, Thessaloniki.

Net profits after tax reached €4.2 million, up from €1.64 million in the corresponding period of the previous year.
During the first half of the year, the company signed two private pre-sale agreements for the sale of future residential units at the “Marina Residences by Kengo Kuma” development project:
– On 31.01.2025, for a consideration of €5,470,000
– On 12.06.2025, for €7,200,000
In total, to date, pre-sale agreements have been signed for 13 out of 20 residences, with a total agreed consideration of €69,220,625.
According to the company, the outlook for the broader residential market in Greece for 2025 appears stronger compared to most other European markets, which had already experienced prolonged periods of high performance. In contrast, the domestic market is emerging from a prolonged crisis.
Orilina, currently engaged in negotiations with potential buyers for several future residences within the Marina Residences by Kengo Kuma project, notes increasing interest from high-net-worth foreign investors. This reflects the growing appeal of newly built ultra-luxury residences, which represent a relatively novel product in the local market, attracting buyers from various countries.
Despite international geopolitical uncertainties, demand for premium residential properties from abroad remains strong, particularly in select areas of Attica, and is expected to continue in the second half of the year.
The company announced a dividend of €0.0248 per share, to be distributed on 18 September 2025, underscoring the management's confidence in the company’s prospects and commitment to delivering value to shareholders.
Overall, the H1 2025 results confirm Orilina Properties’ resilience and growth, highlighting the company’s strong positioning and stability in the Greek real estate investment market.
