The REIC informed investors in an announcement that the Ordinary General Meeting of the company's shareholders, held on September 6, 2024, decided, among other issues, the distribution in cash of 100% of the dividend to the shareholders, for the year 2023 € 2,780,868, without the formation of a reserve and the distribution of net profits, amounting to € 716,353 coming from accumulated profits of previous years, a total amount of 3,497,221 and an amount of 0.0228613745 per share, excluding 932,997 own shares held by the Company.
From Wednesday 11.09.2024, which was set as the cut-off date for the right to participate in the dividend, the Company's shares will be traded on A.A. without the right to dividend payment.
The beneficiaries of the dividend are those registered in the records of the Intangible Securities System (S.A.T.) managed by the "Hellenic Central Securities Depository Company", on Thursday 12.09.2024 ("Record date").
The dividend will start to be paid on Wednesday 18.09.2024, through the paying bank "EUROBANK SA".
