The pedestrian bridge in Haidari, at the Provata school, which was built by the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport with funding from the PEP Attica, was delivered for use.

This is the first of the two pedestrian bridges being built on Athens Avenue, in Chaidari, while the second one, located in Palataki, will be delivered in the summer.

It is recalled that the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport has undertaken the tendering and execution of footbridges on central road axes of Attica and the footbridges in Alimo, Palaio Faliro and Agia Paraskevi had previously been put into use.

In their basic features, the footbridges are arched, illuminated for maximum safety of users, while they have lifts to be accessible to all.
