The event highlighted the emerging opportunities for urban development in Piraeus, with a special focus on the landmark Piraeus Gate project—a major mixed-use urban regeneration initiative aimed at transforming the gateway area to the city into a vibrant hub for living, hospitality, and entrepreneurship.
