Prodea Investments completes merger through absorption of 100% subsidiaries

The merger was completed in accordance with art. 6-21 and 30-38 of Law 4601/2019

Prodea Real Estate Investment Company (the “Company”) informed the investing public following its announcement on 18.11.2022 in relation to the decisions of its Board of Directors dated 30.09.2022 and 11.11.2022 and the decisions of the Board of Directors of its 100% subsidiaries «ILDIM S.M. P.C.»,

«NEW METAL EXPERT Single Member Societe Anonyme», «IRINNA REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT S.A», «ANAPTIXI FRAGOKKLISIA REAL ESTATE SINGLE MEMBER SOCIETE ANONYME» and «ILIDA OFFICE REAL ESTATE EXPLOITATION AND SERVICES SOCIETE ANONYME» (together the “Absorbed Entities”)

 regarding the initiation of the merger through absorption of the Absorbed Entities by the Company, that the decision no. 2863115ΑΠ/28.12.2022 of the Ministry of Development and Investments approving the merger through absorption of the Absorbed Entities by the Company has been registered in the General Commercial Registry on 28.12.2022 with Registration Number 3383727. 

The merger was completed in accordance with art. 6-21 and 30-38 of Law 4601/2019, and art. 1-5 of Law 2166/1993, each as currently applicable and the notarial deed no 7.175/21.12.2022 of the Notary Public of Athens Eleni Spiliopoulou Poulantza.
