According to a related announcement, the listed company increased its participation in the share capital of Intelli Solutions S.A., through the 100% subsidiary company Uni Systems MAE.
As part of the June 27, 2024 agreement, Uni Systems acquires an additional 30% of the share capital of Intelli Solutions, bringing its total participation in the company's share capital to 90%. The price of the agreement for the acquisition of 30% amounts to 4.8 million euros, while the total investment in Intelli has reached 10 million euros.
Intelli Solutions is an innovative IT services company, with over 15 years of successful market experience, many awards and a presence in Greece and SE Europe. It specializes in the provision of digital transformation services, with an emphasis on Customer Engagement – Customer Onboarding & Customer Retention – and Revenue Assurance services, with an extensive clientele in industries such as Telecommunications, Banking and Insurance, Shipping, Organizations Public Benefit and Online Betting.
The consulting firm Sigma Catalyst Partners acted as financial advisor to the sellers in planning and implementing the transaction.
