Rapid progress in the development of Apollo Hills project by Hines on the Athenian Riviera.

The ambitious residential project represents a significant partnership between Greece Sotheby’s International Realty, which exclusively manages the sales, and ELEMKA, which leads the construction process.

According to the latest reports, the basement level is approaching completion, and the framework for Building B is now clearly visible. The installation of metal structures, plumbing systems, and wall construction has made significant progress.

In the coming weeks, attention will be focused on completing the parking level, including the installation of electrical and plumbing infrastructure. Work will also begin on the interior wellness center, the heated swimming pool, and the gym, alongside the continued construction of Building B.

Spanning 6,500 square meters, this phase of development will offer 25 apartments and villas, equipped with a range of amenities, security, and underground parking. Designed to achieve BREEAM certification, these residences will provide sustainable living and a prime location less than 5 minutes by car from the beach. Residents will enjoy easy access to a vibrant coastal lifestyle, with beach clubs, 5-star resorts, and exceptional dining options.

It is important to note that the overall project, designed by Porphyrios Associates and Diarchon Architects, will prioritize community development, dedicating over 11,000 square meters to green spaces, sports facilities, and parks.

Notably, reservations have already been made for 31% of the properties, reflecting strong demand for the project’s residences, which is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2026.
