The German group acquired the Mount Merrion development for the Realisinvest Europa fund in a deal whose financial details were not disclosed.
The complex is located at 1 Cherrygarth. It offers a leasable area of approximately 4,676 square meters, divided into 30 apartments and 18 duplexes. There are also 82 car parking spaces, 47 in the basement and 35 outside the property.
The development is located in a prestigious residential area approximately 8 km south of Dublin city center along the N11 Stillorgan Road and 2 km from the Dublin coastline. It is noted that there are several green spaces and recreational areas nearby, in addition to local shopping centers and other amenities.
