REDS Hospitality has been established with the strategic objective of developing and operating high-end tourism infrastructure, including luxury hotel resorts (condo hotels), vacation residences, and a broad range of hospitality-oriented real estate. These initiatives may be undertaken either independently or in collaboration with established hotel operators.
REDS, which recently announced the divestment of two significant assets—namely the Kamba Estate in Pallini and the property in Gournes, Heraklion, both acquired by DIMAND—has already begun to redirect its strategic focus toward the tourism and hospitality sector. In late 2024, the company completed the acquisition of Hestia Luxury Apartments, which manages a portfolio of ten fully renovated residential buildings in central Athens. Furthermore, REDS entered into a 25-year lease agreement for the former Civitel property on Kifisias Avenue, strategically located opposite the Helexpo Exhibition Center and major healthcare facilities owned by the Hellenic Olympic Committee.
The company’s investment portfolio also includes the redevelopment of Alimos Marina, a project currently in the final stage of obtaining all required regulatory approvals. Construction permits are pending, with the aim of initiating redevelopment works that will transform the marina into a comprehensive, integrated tourism destination.
