Renovate with public backed financing your residence

The goal of the program is to provide a solution to the major problem faced by young people and young couples, to purchase a modern home that will ensure their quality of life and low heating and air conditioning costs.

Citizens born from 01/01/1984 to 12/31/2005 with a real right to an eligible residence are eligible to participate in the Program. Single-family homes and individual apartments used as a primary residence are eligible.

The public expenditure budget:

For the "Execonomo" , reaches to a total of €200 million.

For the "Renovate" component, it amounts to a total of €50 million for the subsidy component and €100 million for the low-interest loan.

The action is financed by resources of the Recovery and Resilience Fund, the National Public Investment Program 2023, as well as by resources of the Public Employment Service and the allocation of resources will be done at the district level.
