The Regional Governor of Attica, Nikos Hardalias, recently visited the Municipality of Zografou, where he toured the historic Zografou Villa. Accompanied by Mayor Tina Kafatsaki, he explored the building's interior and the surrounding park.

Zografou Villa is one of the most iconic examples of 19th-century urban architecture, designated as public property since 1974.

Today, the building houses the Municipal Conservatory, and both the interior and the surrounding area host a variety of cultural, artistic, and social events.

The revitalization project, with a budget of €9.2 million, approved by the Region of Attica, involves the upgrade of approximately 26 acres of green space. The related procedures are expected to be completed by the end of 2025, with the interventions scheduled for completion by mid-2027.
